Goals and
Progression

The main aim of the course is to give you the confidence to stand out from the crowd, be as effective as possible and develop your personality while dealing with young people.

Applicants with strong leadership, communication, and Irish skills may be invited to apply for a Cinnire position the following year.

There are a limited number of positions for Cinnirí each year. A presentation will be carried out with all students during the course, this will help us assess their standard of Irish, their ability to communicate and undertake this important role.

Please note:

  1. Attending the course does not guarantee a role as a Cinnire.
  2. in order to be selected as a Cinnire on our summer courses students must be under the age of 18
